As the product design lead for Ambient Lighting and Climate at General Motors, I balanced vehicle features, regulatory requirements, best practices, design system standards, and user research to create the best possible human-centered experience. While designing for the user, I also consider my internal customers in every delivery to ensure design intent is communicated clearly and effectively. I embed design thinking into the what, how, and why of everything I create.
